Lonergan Engineering now provides a 360 video survey of projects. On unique projects, our team performs a standard nondestructive inspection survey. However, there is always something missed.

Our team has adopted 360 degree camera systems. For perspective, we are able to capture the entire ceiling system in one 360 spherical photograph (5.7K resolution). Even better, we have now started capturing 360 spherical video walkthroughs (in 5.7K resolution). Our team is now able to review and playback a narrated electrical survey of the space or building. This allows our design team, while sitting at the office, to full immerse themselves into the space, observe the lighting control sequence, capture that missed fire alarm device, motor starter, or ceiling mounted equipment, all while being able to read the panel schedule.

Lonergan Engineering has started a YouTube Channel to privately publish 360 spherical video walkthrouhs (in 5.7K resolution), that can be shared to bidding contractors. The video is only accessible to those that are invited. After the video has served its purpose, it can be made available to the owner and removed.
