Just because a model works, that doesn't necessarily mean that it can be built in real life. There are different levels to building an accurate BIM model. Take this EV charging station project, for instance. As good as it looks in the model, there are still a number of factors that will play into the final arrangement to make it constructable. For example, actual conduit bend radii and site conditions will dictate the final transformer location, and the unistrut support system for the infrastructure may change the layout altogether.
